Is it safe to replant peony?

Most likely Now! or up to spring thaw. What kind of seed, and how well can you provide the optimal conditions? Temps about or slightly above 60 degF and Moisture / humidity are a must!
Depends on you location?
If your seeds are in a packet, chances are it will have a map on the back with zones. Find your area and check the starting dates. You can usually plant indoors even earlier.
