I would start with mild soap and water, but don't saturate the synthetic leather.
Dilute some woolite and scrub with a soft brush (toothbrush).
You could try milk - it takes out Biro......
Try baby wipes. I use them to get the blue off new shoes. I once was on a car lot and stepped in fresh tar and didn't realize it got into my car and had small bit on my shoes and put my leg under my butt ( I wasn't driving) I used a baby wipes and it took it right off.
