I have a new puppy. She had some accidents and urine took finish off floor renewal mop finish. I cleaned and applied another coat but doesn't remove spot. How do I get off original application of floor renewal product?

If the urine removed the product,I would say ammonia and water would take it off. There should be a website or instructions on the bottle.

Mary is talking about removing the floor finnish. As she has applied stain / seler, I think she may need to sand the area back, and re apply stain/ sealer. Dose tbat make sence Kay Adelaide Australia

Sorry, I meant to say, after the spot has gone due to the sanding, then reaply stain /sealer. Thanks for your patience and understanding hear! Kay Adelaide Australia ☺
