Try WD 40.

Try cooking oil.

Place ice cubes in the top bowl and immerse the bottom bowl into warm/hot water. Should do the trick!

What material are the bowls?

When we had stuck buckets at work, putting them out in the sun for an hour or so helped free them.

Are the bowls glass or plastic? You need to break the vacuum between the bowls... you can try a VERY thin knife with a flexible blade and carefully work it between the bowls... if there is a rim on the bowls.. this may not be possible... if they are glass.. more care is needed..be very careful not to pry on the glass... you can also try the WD40, squirt on the seam between the bowls.. and then use a wooden spoon to rapidly tap on the bowls to get the oil to penetrate... GOOD LUCK

glass....Cool the inner lid (ice sound like a great idea) and warm the outer one at the same time. This should help. Plastic...try spritzing or dropping a tiny bit of cooking oil in two or three places, evenly apart. You mY need to wait a few minutes for it to seep in. Unflavored oil spray may work too (Imdont use them so I can't say for sure it is works. I did this when I had two Tupperware cups. Try these they may help
