If you enjoy refinishing furniture and are looking for examples of gray wood stain, then read on!

Below, I'm sharing a few of my projects and the different options for gray wood stains that I use on each.
  • Minwax Weathered Wood
  • Varathane Sunbleached
  • Combo of General Finishes Walnut and Whitewash
  • Varathane Dark Walnut and Minwax Weathered Wood

From classic to beach or weathered, I believe each stain gives a different look to each project. I have these examples plus the entire before and after posts on the blog!
This vintage Bassett cabinet went from really, really drab to fab.
Minwax Weathered Wood was applied on the cabinet top.
A thrift store dresser become the Beach Chic Dresser.
Varathane Sunbleached was used on the Beach Chic Dresser.
A farmhouse table was another thrift store find that was transformed with paint and stain.
Combo of General Finishes Walnut and Whitewash were used on the top of the farmhouse table.
Varathane Dark Walnut and Minwax Weathered Wood were used to give a Chunky Coffee Table a driftwood finish!
