I've used hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together to whiten cutting boards that have yellowed, might work on this?

krud kutter. I would paint it on, full strength, let sit for a day, then scrub off.
Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber glove. Rinse well. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass.
Fill the sink with bleach and water, let sit and see if that does the trick. Try just filling an inch or two first. I do this with ceramic all the time to remove coffee stains. Should work on plastic.
It is just the heat that does it. If it is the outside surface you could use a One coat satin Paint, but it won't be any good for the inside.
Try hydrogen peroxide on it.
