This quick and easy rag wreath is a perfect DIY project to use up old scraps of material, worn out dishcloths, even tattered and old pillowcases. With just a few easy steps I am going to show you how you can to turn your pieces of leftover fabric into a charming wreath.
Fabric cut into 1x7" sections for Wreath.
I have several baskets of leftover fabric from earlier crafting projects and I was pretty much tired of having them sitting around!icon So in an effort to consolidate and clean out my craft closet I had this idea of turning those scraps into a worthwhile and pretty wreath project. (I love making wreaths!)
Now keep in mind this wreath can be made for any Holiday or occasion!
Make Your Own Wire Wreath Form
Before I could begin this project I needed a wreath form of some kind to attach the pieces of fabric on.
I decide to make my own wreath form with materials that I had on hand in my craft room.
Tie Fabric To handmade Wire Wreath Form
Here is how I made the wire form!
Taking some medium gage wire, shaping it, and cutting it, a wire wreath form was born.
