I called every hardware store/home depot/lowes and their mother yesterday and nobody has plastic primer like rustoleum clear in a quart, so I can use it for crafts more easily. I can order it online but I do not like to do that...thank you for your input.

I think you want primer for plastic items? Go to a hardware store. They will have brush on and spray on primer for plastic.
