Try WD-40.
Single edge razor blade. If the going is not easy, heat with a hair dryer then scrape.
You could also try spraying with shout stain remover and rub it in to saturate and then scrub off.
One of those scrapers that holds the safety razor blades.
I would use a sharp razor blade! You can buy razor blade holders that will keep you from cutting yourself while using the razor at any local hardware store such as Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-mart, etc. Just be sure to keep our blade as close to the glass as you can to prevent scratching your glass. This technique will enable you to basically cut off any decal or paint and anything else that is attached to the surface of your glass without scratching the glass. It's an easy process as long as you keep your blade at a horizontal angle. Once you get your decal removed clean your glass to remove any debris (dust or bug residue) left behind and your done. Hope this helps. I use this technique to scrape (cut off) any dried paint on my windows after painting and to remove any burnt food that splashed out on my glass cooktop too! Be sure and change out your blade if it starts to skip or you will run the risk of scratching your glass. You blade has to be sharp at all times so change when needed.
Did you try baby oil or vegetable oil?
Try warming it with a hairdryer then using goo gone. Wishing you luck, be careful if you decide to try a razor blade - they can get away from you. Yep speaking from experience ;)
A paint scraper blade should work or any glass scraper blade should work, the type you use to remove paint from a window. I have a glass top stove and I have a blade for cleaning it and that is what I would use. It has a handle and comes with extra blades stored in the handle.
Use a hair dryer to warm the sticker then it will peel off you can use a single edge razor to scrape it off but you could scratch the glass use goop off to remove any glue that is left.
