To purchase, I would just Google and see what turns up for your area. Or make the rounds of your local hardware, home improvement and lumber yards.

Hi, I’ve seen crown and baseboard molding be ‘built up’ by addiing either a thin chair rail or 1/2” round molding a few inches above or beneath the main piece of molding. The wall is Painted with the same gloss paint as the crown or baseboard. It makes a huge difference! You could search for ‘how make baseboards or crown molding thicker or more dramatic’
