These easy and inexpensive shelves are perfect for any laundry room or any other room in your house!
When we moved into our home we had a typical builder grade, single wired shelf in our laundry room. I happened to be covered in spilled detergent. Cleaning it was going to be more effort than it was worth so we took it down instead! And unfortunately lived shelf-less for several years. Until we recently decided to make the easiest DIY shelves that I'm completely in love with!
BEFORE
It only took a few materials and a little time to put the shelves together! The most time consuming part of the entire process was waiting for the stain and sealer to dry.
MATERIALS:
Two 1 in x 12 in x 6ft boards, cut to your desired size if needed.
Stain, I used Dark Walnut
Polycrylic
Foam brush
Drill
3/4 inch wood screws
Two L brackets per shelf
Sharpie
Our sad laundry room went from builder grade basic to farmhouse fabulous! I love how these inexpensive shelves turned out! For the full tutorial be sure to head to my blog!
