Ran to our local Dollar Tree and picked up a cupcake carrier. I searched for something simple and festive to decorate the top and came up with just a simple Happy Birthday. I then cut the paper to fit the lid and taped it on the underside. Then it was only a matter of tracing and coloring over the words with permanent markers on the top of the lid. Turned out cute and at $1 you can afford to just gift it with your cupcakes.
