You have to figure out where the water damage is coming from to remove the mold. You probably need to open walls and replace sheet rock.

***Eye protection & mask over nose & mouth required. Spray entire area with Lysol disinfectant until damp. Let dry. Repeat at least 2x. If there is no ventilation in bathroom, place a small fan or heater to use when showering to dry any moisture afterwards.

Not enough ventilation - Open windows more often or install good Extraction Fan........Try Tea Tree Oil

My son-in-law painted over it with “kilz”. You can get it at a hardware store. It looks like white paint.

More ventilation. May be a good idea to get a professional in to check out the mold.

You need an exhaust fan. Remove the mold with a bleach and water solution to kill the spores. Wear a mask and rubber gloves.
