For cleaning, Sprinkle salt on the dampened surface and wipe off after 10 minutes, then treat with mineral oil.
If you are asking about a sealer or treatment... Cutting board oil or mineral oil is food safe
Butcher block conditioner or mineral oil are great options.
I have beech Blackwood worktops and i have treated with Danish Oil but it stays tacky and now marks. Is there anything different I could seal these worktops.
Will give this a go. Will mineral oil give me a Matt finish
