Most bulbs are planted in the fall of the year. Like tulip and daffodils etc.

Mostly bulbs are only available at the proper planting time. However, if you have bulbs now, get them in the ground if it's not frozen. You may not get blooms this year, but the bulbs won't die like they might if you keep them in storage.

Depends on what the flower is. Tulips and daffodils (spring bloomers) should be planted in the fall. Iris and other summer blooms go in in spring and fall blooms go in the ground in May or June. Always put roots down and covet well since squirrels love to dig them up.

depends on your climate and the type of bulb; most require a cold dormancy period and in warmer climates many people store them in their refrigerator from fall to late winter then plant; in warmer areas you won't get good bloom response if the bulbs are too warm all year this link can help you https://ask.extension.org

The time varies depending on where you live and what bulbs you are talking about. Call you local extension or master gardener office and ask.
