A water feature needs a waterproof epoxy (marine epoxy) resin, paint and putty. If you are only gluing together clay pots to use outside without water then I would get something like loctite adhesive or gorilla glue for outside use.

There's some good answers and the market has some good Glue. I would think marine epoxy, which is a two part epoxy, would work very well. I have a limited experience with it and woodworking, and it has worked fine. Wood expands and contracts, clay pots absorb water and dry out. These are things to consider.

Hi there, I love using a web site called "This to That" - https://www.thistothat.com/ to figure out what the best glue is for projects. You just need to enter the two things you want to glue together and they'll tell what to use. For most outdoor projects I would use E6000 or Welbond
