You can use any recycle jars for this project.Im going to make these jars and turn them into Valentines Day theme votive jars.I recycle anything and everything so when I do a craft I have most things.There are times when you need to spend Depending what project your doing.
Heres what you need
1) Jars of varying sizes
2) Mod Podge glue
3) Tissue paper or red gift wrapping
4)Heart shape- so you can cut out a heart
5)Brush-paint brush
6)Scissors
7)Tea light candles
8)Ribbon
How to make
1) Make hearts with your paper. Trace around a heart shape.
2) Cut out the heart shape
3) Useing your paint brush brush a thin layer of Mod Podge onto the jar where you want to put the heart shape.
4) Place the heart shape on the glue and paint another thin layer over the top.
5)Repeat until the entire jar is covered with heart shape paper.
6)Let them dry completely
7)Once they are dry you can place tea lights inside of them.Tie ribbon around the top of jars.
They look lovely.I put them along my staircase.They look lovely at night.
