Making a poultice with flour soap and bleach is the best way to pull stains from Granite surfaces, I was a Marble and Granite mason before retiring this is the way we removed stains in situ.
Wear gloves and mix the bleach full strength with flour to make a thick poultice/paste then press it onto the stain and leave overnight, it may still look dark for the first 24 hours but that will be the moisture which will dry.
Don't ever try to resurface/re-polish granite work surfaces because you will never get the polished finish it came with, the most you will achieve is a very dull finish.
