You can paint it with outdoor concrete paint
Power wash the flagstone if you can. If not clean it with a water hose and squirts of a liquid cleaner like Mr. Clean or even Dawn. You can use an outdoor gray or brown stain on the flagstone. The variety of colors in the flagstone will mean the stain will appear to be different colors, too. Then seal with an outdoor semigloss sealer. The flagstone should come alive again. ☺️
