Try hairspray.

Sandwich fabric between rubbing alcohol soaked cotton swabs and press out the ink. This works but not sure if fabric is watched and stain is set.

Make sure when you try the alcohol, do it somewhere it won't show first to see if the fabric will be altered before you go for the stain. I used it for ink in uniforms of a lot of different fabrics and it worked, even on red ink!
If it was made with a permanent marker you can't. If it was made with a non permanent marker you might be able to. Has it already been washed and dried? If so your chances of removing the mark is slim. Other wise try a mixture of toothpaste and baking soda. Rub it in really well and let it sit for an hour, reins e with cold water.Good luck
Just so you know, people have use hair spray for years, BUT the problem with it now is that it doesn't contain as much alcohol as it did years ago. That's why most place recommend alcohol for these types of stains. Wishing you the best.
