If you do a lot of sewing by hand, you are going to love this Threading A Needle hack. I love learning faster and easier ways to get things done and this was definitely one of them.
At some point, we all end up having to sew something and Threading A Needle can be more work than the actual sewing. I discovered a great way to get your needle threaded that with a little bit of practice, works great.

Here's a video I created to show you exactly how to do this threading a needle hack!
I tried this threading a needle hack with several different sized needles too and it worked the same for any size needle head.
Remember, to do the following before attempting this hack.Threading A Needle using this hack takes a little bit of time and patience but once you nail it, it’s fantastic!
  1. Make sure your hands are nice and dry – no lotion or moisture or the thread will stick to your hands.
  2. Be sure to rub the needle in a fast motion back and forth.
  3. Find that sweet spot on your hands that you know works – once you discover the spot that the thread flawlessly enters the needle head, be sure you remember for next time.
  4. Once you see the thread has been successfully injected into the needle, don’t stop the motion until you have enough thread to grab.
