How to make inexpensive art work, You will need a canvas of the size art you want. Next buy the tubes of Acrylic paints colors you want. A flat plate or something to mix your paint on. You will need paint brushes, sponge applicators and a spray bottle to spray the water on the finished or not finished artwork. Figure out what you want to paint. Go paint and be creative. I used, light green, aqua, purple, deeper blues and greens and white paint to create each row of circles.
"Circles from the bottom of the ocean"
I mixed different colors of the paint shades I wanted. After the painting was dried, I was not happy with it. Each line of circles was accomplished by using a foam round applicator shape. Each row started out dark to light. Adding more white as I added the next dot of color. In the end I painted watered down Metallic aqua/green paint over the entire canvas. While it was still wet I sprayed water down the painting. The paint & water drips down making it look like water color paint. This depends on how much water is sprayed on the canvas and how dry the top layer of paint is before you spray the water on it. I placed the canvas upright and put folded news paper under the canvas to catch the excess water. I'm still not crazy about this piece, but it matches the bathroom rugs perfectly.
