How to attach, glue a real dry seastar to material?

It sounds like you're making a great project. You could use E6000 to attach your sea star or Gorilla Glue. Although both might damage it if you ever try to take it off your project. I think you could use wire or fishing line to secure it just as easily. With no damage involved. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
