Wood floor is wood floor. You can put down rugs to help in the areas you walk the most to keep the feet warmer. It should not be drafty, just cooler than carpet. I myself think ceramic tile is cooler than wood flooring, but my feet are always cold in the winter, no matter what.

Area rugs, accent rugs ~ especially if they have "warm" colors.

What kind of wood floor was put down? Was a vapor barrier underlayment put down under the flooring? Are the floor joists insulated?

Insulate the floor joists should solve the problem. When I removed carpeting in my living room had beautiful maple floor I refinished. The floor was cold so I insulated the floor joists in the crawl space.. Worked on my back in a three foot high crawl space a whole weekend. Now the floors are warm. Saved on heating and cooling.

Area rugs. Large ones that go under furniture. You can also get a carpet remnant and have it bound at a carpet store.
