Pick a shade of brown paint. Mix 1 tablespoon of paint with 3 tablespoons of water. Paint a sample on scrap paper to see if that is the aging color you want. Add paint or water, tablespoon at a time. When you know the proportions you like, convert that to 1/4 cup portions.
OR just pick a light brown color and water that down 1paint to 3 water. Paint over the sign and immediately wipe the paint off. If you want it darker, repeat the process. You could also add aging on a prepainted sign by dripping tiny bits of white and other colors of paint, as if the sign had been repainted several times. Best wishes ☺️
