We lost most of our downstairs in hurricane Harvey. We did save our solid wood furniture. It does have water damage and I’d rather paint shabby than sand and reStain. very tight budget due to no floof insurance. Need it to be VERY economical and easy!

Cheryl, you would probably be happiest using chalk paint. You can buy Annie Sloane or other brands at the hardware stores or make your own. There are a ton of how to here on hometalk.
Chalk paint everything, easy, fast no priming or sanding. Watch YouTube videos, it is so cool and so satisfying to do.
