Turn an old fence post into a festive centerpiece perfect for the 4th of July using easy-to-find supplies you probably already have
This heavy decoration works well outdoors; it's too heavy to blow over (if it does you probably shouldn't be outside!) so you don't have to worry about it escaping on you
Wooden Firecrackers
Add some simple American style to your summer decorating this year
Supplies: Round wooden fence post, saw, drill with 3/4 inch spade bit, sandpaper or block, red, white and blue paint, paintbrush, wax (use a cheap candle) and rope


Optional: Burlap band and jute twine to hold the blocks together
