Combine vinegar and Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle 50/50. Spray it on and let it do the work. If it's really bad, you may have to scrub and treat it a few times.

DO NOT USE TOILET BOWL CLEANER. Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber gloves. Rinse well. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiber glass.
Oh dear, you may need to use a chemical cleaner, like CLR. Good luck!
