Call some local carpet companies, some offer this service or would probably be able to refer you to someone.
Discount carpet stores do this for you.
We just purchased a remnant from a local independent carpet shops. For an extra fee the bound it for us. Was not expensive. If placing on a wood, laminate or vinyl floor, invest in a good felt or wool rug pad.
I had mine bound by the carpet store I purchased from.
Call a local carpet outlet and and ask if they provide the service or can recommend someone.
