I had a similar problem and finally had to invest in a French drain.

We put an extension on the back gutter of our home to drain the water off the yard. They make extensions out of solid or flexible tubing so you can guide it where ever is best and take it to the end of your yard. We do have to move it and work around it when mowing, but it stopped the soaking in one low area until the rainy season is over. Then we hang it up in our storage shed. Maybe this would help your situation.

Add a addition/adaptor to the rain gutter to divert the water further away from the house.

If you don't have an underground drainage system from which your downspout has simply come disconnected from - check it out. You may have this and not know it as they are easily covered up over time becoming invisible, the above ideas are about your only options for the time being.
Short of regrading your yard which will preserve your foundation and the life of your house considerably you could put in one or more French drains. They require a little digging but technically aren't difficult nor are they expensive. If there are a couple 14 year old boys in the neighborhood it's worth giving a couple of them $50 and a pizza to do the digging for you. Once the rock is in place you can cover it again with top soil and grass etc. and you'll never know they are there.
