Really cute and great keeping blades out of the landfills. Have you thought about hanging them with leather strapping or twine? That way you could drill holes through and add a leather strap to hang them.
Click on the link below for pics of leather and also other hanger ideas.

Hello Dlana! First, let me say that your fan blades look lovely. Great job on the painting. As far as the glue, E6000 is a great and a strong glue. I use it for some crafts and use a hot glue gun for others. However, E6000 really needs time to dry before you actually consider using the item or hanging the item. Here is a guide for you regarding various glues available to crafters. Check it out and perhaps you will find glue that is more suitable to your particular craft. Good luck!

An alternative might be Command strips for picture hanging.
How very creative - you have an artistic flair. I would continue using e6000, but sand the spot on the blade where you want to put the hook first.
Don't understand what the question is, do you want to stick something on the blades?
Oh sorry, didn't see all the question, I would get the small picture hook kits ... they have a long brass knotched catch with tiny nails. https://www.amazon.com/LETS-MEETi-Picture-Sawtooth-Mounting/dp/B074M8SB57/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1518386003&sr=8-8&keywords=picture+hanging+sawtooth+hooks the Dollar Tree has kits with a few of these in each.
They also make a round silver hook you could screw in..... https://www.amazon.com/Frame-Triangle-Ring-Hanger-Solutions/dp/B017DQIEOC/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&qid=1518385850&sr=8-23&keywords=picture+hanging+hooks
You’re welcome!
I wanted to share with you what I did with mine, but i don't know how to add a pic. I did a art deco with gallery glass, liquid leading. I got it at hobby lobby, the brand is Plaid.
I just love how it changes a room. YOUR blades are beautiful.

Hi Diana, I love using a web site called "This to That" - https://www.thistothat.com/ to figure out what the best glue is for projects. You just need to enter the two things you want to glue together and they'll tell what to use.
