You can glue a wooden frame on or glue on tiles or small brick squares.

You could either purchase a frame that's big enough to hold the mirror, or you could buy wood moulding at the lumber store and a mitre box to cut the 45 degree angles to joint them together..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNzgjTSdh-w
Is the mirror glued to the door. If so get somwood molding to put around the mirror, maybe liquid nails to glue it to the door also. You can get different types of moldings to build up on each other to make a nice frame

I think I've tried all the "anti-dust" products on the market. Nothing works like barely dampening a cloth with just plain water!
