How to paint a glass/metal storm door.
The paint up and down about 12" and around the handle has been worn away by hands not using the handle.

Hubby and I replaced our screen door last summer. The one we wanted only came in white and we needed brown. We took out the windows and screens, sanded all the painted parts, cleaned them off to prep them. I then covered the windows and screens with newspaper folded slightly smaller than the windows and screens and taped them on with painters tape to cover it all and left only the frames free to be painted. We used Rustoleum spray paint in thin layers to paint the door and window and screen frames. It turned out real well and it still looks good even through all the cold freezing weather we have had so far this winter. You should be able to paint your storm door no problem!
