1) Get shoebox. 2) Remove lid. 3)Cut hole in side. 4)Replace lid with tag. 5)This is easiest when car is detached from tag.
Note... Repeat several times and it will become a pattern.
Go to your local library, check out a book with illustrations of how to make a bird house. Use the license plate for the roof, bend it on a 45 degree angle. This should look nice. The hole size depends on what kind of bird you want to attract.
