What will clean a shower door with water spots, its an acrylic slider.

Vinegar, rubbing alcohol or peroxide
I use Lime-away and a cloth that has a plastic webbing on one side, it's not that stiff or harsh so as to scratch, but it adds that little something to get pretty clean. Put on with damp cloth, plastic side with webbing, I let sit for about 5 or 10 minutes, then rinse with clear water and dry with a microfiber towel. Also, I ask that everyone who uses the shower to take 30 seconds and wipe down the glass when they are through, that keeps it looking its best and is longer-lasting.
Baking soda and dish soap. Mix and apply with a damp cloth and then rinse.
