How to make paper or kleenex flowers for decoations

Take 3 tissues and lay them one on top of the other. Accordian fold and fasten them in the middle with a pipe cleaner. You can tear the edges if you want and then, one layer at a time, pull the tissues up toward the center. Fluff them and you're done!
