Hi Kelli. You can buy a waterfall spill way. You would place this in the area that you want your waterfall. Then you build your rocks up around it so it looks natural. You will also need to have a pump and hoses to bring water into the spill way. Here is a link so you can see what it looks like. I was able to find mine at a local home improvement store. You can also buy ones that are more of a canister shape.
