Aren't those beautiful? Your only real choice is a citrus based stripper, available anywhere you buy paint. Be prepared for a lot of mess and a lot of time, but well worth the effort.
Citristrip a non-toxic remover
Chemical paint remover or Burn it off..............
Lay them flat and use a paint stripper applied with a brush and a scraper to scrape it off.
what a shame they were ever painted. It probably would be easier if they can be removed. to be stripped.
I always use Citristrip.
