Usually enamel paint does not need to be sealed.
a top coat / non yellowing
Could put some clear satin (or gloss if you like it) polyurethane. If in extra wear area maybe will help keep from chipping.
An enamel paint is usually the final coat. anything that would chip that would also chip another finish.
Foggy finish. Oh, photo is out of focus . I always use at least three coats of a water based polyurethane no matter what paint finish I use.
