I have a deck with no railings what is the easiest way to add railings

We have neighbors with dogs & it would be nice to open the door & let my dogs lay in the sun, but I need to add railings so the dogs don't attack each other at the fence. Is this even possible??

Depends a lot on what the railings would be anchored to, what is around them that needs to match and how much you want to spend. Sounds like they need to be dog proof so depending on the size of the dog it could rule out some railing.
Easiest is to get a contractor to install railing. That way he can see your property and your house and make recommendations based on the hazards expected to be encountered.
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there was a way to do it without a contractor. But safety is top priority!
