Use a long-handled foam roller. If you need a 6-10’ ladder, be sure someone is nearby. Almost all ceiling paints will paint over the texture, but it may take more than one coat. Be careful! ☺️
Use a fluffy roller with a deep nap and just paint as usual
Be careful!! I painted mine and may have used to much paint in more than a few areas in order to “not miss a spot” which caused major damage to the texture
