Flexible caulk in a color that matches your paint color. Or caulk the wall and repaiby. Just make sure you buy paintable, flexible caulk.
Half round molding, paint it the same color.
I use no shrink drywall patching compound to fill seams and grooves. Let it dry overnight. Next day I use a damp sponge to smooth the patch. Then I prime and paint. I want the look of smooth walls not just painted paneling.
