Duck Egg Blue or Summer sky blue......
Waterscape or Riverway would also be beautiful if you want a more saturated color. On the Rocks is a grey/beige color, completely neutral, so you could use royal blue or even navy blue with success. It all depends on your taste and what you want the room to look like. The more pastel colors (Duck Egg Blue, Summer Sky Blue, Waterscape) will give the room a softer feel and the darker colors will make more of a statement. Go with what you like...start small and build up from there is the easy, least expensive method.
