Had wasps in attic last fall hope they frozen now will they come back

Not sure what you are asking but if there is a nest around, remove now.

Remove the nest while it is cold and they are dormant. If attic stays warm be careful or hire out. Then look for light coming into acctic and seal the hole because that is how they got in,I was told and so far it has been proven to be the case that once you kill them they or any other wasp will not return to same area to nest. Mine were in my walls somewhere and the nest could not be gotten to but they applied this powder and the wSps carry it back to nest causing them to all die after two weeks the tiniest little hole was sealed and have not hadone a problem,and yes I know they are dead because they would come into home through my son's floorboard which has yet to be sealed by my hubby.
