Painting is not age dependent, Pam. Any physically able body can do it.

If you don't feel up to it the easiest way is to have someone else do it for you. An advertisement in a local newspaper or posting on the nextdoor.com web site or even a note on a bulletin board at your nearest Home Depot or Lowe's will find someone who will help you do this job for a modest consideration. Agree on the money before you start and be willing to throw in a few dollars more if the project goes well.

You need a professional painter to prim.and spray the doors and drawers for a beautiful finish.

Take them off, sand, then spray paint with a power sprayer (outside)

I removed the hardware from the doors and drawers, unscrewed them from the cabinet base and set them up outside. I then used a paint roller to do what was left inside and also on the doors and drawers outside. Let it dry, put them back up. The only thing you might need help with is removal and re-installation. And I'm 69!
