Looking to build a 32 x 32 x 16" (this is including 2" grey rubber casters) square coffee table.
I would love to have the drawers look like the first picture, and sides to look like the second. I would also need to know how to build drawers. I am thinking two drawers on the side facing us and then two butting up against those facing the other way....so 4 drawers about 15 x 15?
I would prefer to use wood for the legs and make them look as close to metal/steel as possible.
Thank you in advance!

You need to do a distress treatment to the boards on the ends, wax resist is fun, bar of canning wax rubbed on in no set pattern, paint over and remove excess..you can find wood crates in the big box stores or W...l....mart. For the boxes that are tucked under The table. You can install drawer glides if you want, or just grab and go for the crate.

i can’t tell what type of feet are used from the picture they just might be cut from a 4 x4 post. To do a metallic foot on a wood base it needs to be primed with a base coat...grey for silver orange for gold I think it was. .there are brush on and spray on metallic paints. There is Al so a foiling method done with a foux silvered leaf product if you want the legs/ feet shiny.
