A combo of 50/50 vinegar and water is what works for me. For really bad situations you can make a paste of vinegar and baking soda and let it sit on there for up to 24 hours.

i have found that using a scoop of laundry powder in a bucket of hot water. I used to use CLR initially to remove all soap scum, then once a week use laundry powder. Wear gloves as it's very hard on your hands. These days I have banned bars of soap in my house, I use shower gels. Once a fortnight I have a bucket of hot water, 1 teaspoon eucalyptus oil and a squirt of dish detergent. I get a cloth and liberally wash the tiles and just let it dry. No streaks or marks, all smells fresh. I do the same in the toilets. If it is streaking you have used too much dish detergent.
