Vacuum really well with attachments. Then use a spray on foam upholstery cleaner. Scrub in using a rough wash cloth. Let dry over night. Then re-vacuum again. If it is really dirty you may have to repeat.

I like Woolite Upholstery cleaner. (grocery store or WalMart)
We found a great product at Auto Zone called Blue Magic..really good for carpet and upholstery.
