Castors off my double divan have broken off at theand must be replaced

During my last move 4 castors from my double divan have broken off at the base (making the hole bigger) one other was already off. I need to replace these. 2 are lost. What is the easiest way for me to do this?

I would attach a small piece of plywood over each hole and attach new replacement castors that require screws to attach them,
Look on Amazon —to see if you can match the ones you have or consider replacing all of them.
