My daughter had this problem. She called a plumber and he took off the handle and back plate and changed the setting under it. I think it's called a regulator but not sure. You can look on You Tube for videos on how to do it yourself. I am having the same problem so I think I will try it myself before calling a pro.

Probably mineral deposits. Remove your shower head and soak it in vinegar for a day. May have to repeat
